To reset your password, click "Forgot password?" in the login box. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
Keep in mind that accounts using Google login, GitHub login, and email/password are all different. If you cannot login, it might simply be that you are logging in through the wrong provider. E.g. if you signed up with email and password, you won't be able to log in through Google even if the email is the same.
If you have lost access to the email address, you will have to recover it. Even if you remember some of the contents of private pages, etc — we have no way to distinguish between you and someone who looked over your shoulder in a coffee shop and saw some of the pages. Account recovery links for popular providers: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo.
If you have several emails and you forgot which one you used, you can use the "Forgot password?" feature. If the account exists, you will receive an email with a password reset link.
You can also contact support through the chat widget. Give us as many details as you can about the pages inside your account, the date it was created, etc. We will try to locate the account and send a confirmation email. Since our privacy commitment includes never disclosing page authors to anyone, we won't be able to give you the actual email address in the support chat — you will have to check all your inboxes.
